Airtel launches custom postpaid plans

Users can now opt for services they like and custom make their postpaid plan to suit their needs. Bharti Airtel has announced a brand new offering for its postpaid customers in India, called Airtel myPlan.

The Airtel myPlan is a personalised postpaid plan allowing customers to choose and pay for the service they need. They are no longer required to opt for pre designed postpaid plans as now they can simply call up the customer care and get the plan modified according to their needs.
The plan is based on individual needs and preferences and the users are free to choose what they desire to have as a service for their Airtel postpaid number. This means that users no longer have to choose which plan they want on their number but they now choose which service they wish to have on their number.
Airtel launches custom postpaid plansCommenting on the launch Govind Rajan, chief managing officer, consumer business, Bharti Airtel said, "Airtel myPlan is an innovative step in this direction which highlights the fact that every customer is different - some spend their time on STD, some on local calls and some on data content. myPlan allows such customers to create a flexible and customised plan depending on their specific needs. In fact, it is so flexible that even if one customer wants a particular plan, we can create it for him!"
The plan is valid for both new as well as existing customers and users can contact the customer care for further details and how to get a custom made plan for them.
